Bail Bond Agency List
Information for Bail Bond Agency Placard Inclusion:
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office maintains a list of bail bond agencies within its correctional facilities to ensure accurate information is available to incarcerated persons and their loved ones.
The list, which is posted in the lobby of the Maguire Correctional Facility and available to incarcerated persons during the intake process, is updated on an annual basis.
The bail bond list for calendar year 2026 has been finalized. Bail bond agencies wishing to be included in our placard for calendar year 2027, must email the following information to Sheriffs_BailBondPlacard@smcgov.org no later than December 15, 2026:
- Name of Bail Agency
- Physical Business Address
- Business Phone Number
- Email Address
- Bail Organization California License Number
In alphabetical order on the placard, only the Name of the Bail Agency and Business Phone Number will be listed for public access in order to accommodate all agency requests. Any questions should also be submitted to the above email address.
